Questions about Stix & Stones Products

Should I try Stix & Stones products if I have sensitive skin?

If you know that you have very sensitive skin, then we recommend you consult a doctor before you try Stix & Stones products. Simply take the list of our Stix & Stones ingredients to your physician, and make sure you’re not allergic to any of them.

Then if you decide to give our products a go, always test them first! Apply a small amount of product to your wrist or behind your knee, before putting any on your face to make sure your skin loves this new product.

Once you reach that product’s page, click “Click Here to Fall in Love with Our Ingredients” below the product description to see the full list of ingredients.

Which Stix & Stones product should I try first?

Go for what attracts you the most. 

If you want something fun and shiny and playful, go for Boomstick Glimmer. If you want a multi-purpose product that will change the way you look in just two minutes, go for Boomstick Color. Or, if you’re not big on cosmetics and just want a very good moisturizer, go for Boomsilk — it comes in 2oz, 4oz and 8oz.

Are your products tested on animals, and do they contain any harmful ingredients?

We guarantee that none of our products or any of the ingredients in our products have been animal tested. 

Also, our products contain no phthalates, parabens, binders or added ingredients.

We are very proud of the quality of our products, and you can know that we take the greatest care in their manufacturing.

Is Stix & Stones sold in stores?

Boom is not sold in any retail stores. We are an ecommerce business, and our products are only available online in the Boom store.

What is the cost of shipping and why?

Flat rate shipping is $4.95 for anywhere inside the continental United States and is available for any shipment.

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we offer USPS first-class mail and USPS priority mail shipping. The rate for first-class mail is $4.95, and the rate for priority mail shipping is $7.95.

Please know that all shipping is busier than usual this year. With the closing of many brick-and-mortar stores, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control as they affect all mail carriers. We are continuously monitoring this situation and are updating our delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

When will my order ship?

Due to the closure of many brick-and-mortar stores in 2020, fulfillment centers and shipping carriers are busier than usual.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship, and the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
